I have a theory.
If Fullbring and Hollow are the same thing, then that answers the question of where Ichigo's Hollow Mask went. Notice how parts of his Fullbring are now in his Shinigami form. That's his new Hollowness! The Mask is still there, it's just not a mask anymore. And it went from short-term power-up to no-time-limit.
